I teach people and their family on how to relax in the present moment.
I have taught yoga since 2010 in various studios and school of the Bay Area.
I have learned first-hand during pregnancy how important yoga is to women's health and well being.
A part of my practice is therefore orientated to help women in transition to motherhood.
I am interested in sharing real life experience with my students, advocating for a holistic approach to pregnancy and birth.
I wish to create a community of Moms to be and new Mothers where they can find adequate support.
With a background in early childhood education and a love for mindfulness and neuroscience, I have dedicated the rest of my practice to children well-being.
In that realm I have studied and taught children and youth yoga, as well as mindfulness to children and to families.
