10 weeks Private yoga teaching Mentorship
Alexandra Rossi mentorship program provides a unique experience in continuing education.
Over the course of 10 weeks, you will be guided through an in-depth study of asana practice, teaching skills and yogic study.
Alexandra will challenge and support you to find your own voice as a teacher.
The program has flexible hours and is made up of the following components:
You will meet with alexandra once every 2 weeks for a discussion session live or over the phone.
These sessions will be structured to outline your goals and objectives and discuss your progress.
You will also be given reading and writing assignments relevant to your interests.
You are required to practice 1 Asana classes per week with your mentor (Minimum 10 Hours)
Observation / Assist
Initially, you will observe alexandra’s class and have a brief discussion afterwards to answer any questions that may have arisen regarding sequencing and assists, later you may begin to offer assists within the class (Total 10 Hours)
Towards the end of the program, you will have an opportunity to teach one full-length class. Alexandra will observe and provide feedback.
Your mentor will assign you reading and writing projects to complete, custom-tailored based on your personal intentions and what your mentor deems most appropriate for you. (Minimum 20 Hours)
This program is open to those who:
Have completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training program (or equivalent)
Who are currently teaching a weekly class
Schedule: This unique program can start at any time.
Private mindfulness for families
This classes provide mindfulness for children and parents in the comfort of their home.
Helping the whole family practice and integrate mindfulness in daily life and learn to be more mindful together.
Helping sustain positive communication and mindfulness skills to best deal with frustration.
Mindful Family private’s provide intro sessions and short courses to enable adults and children to try mindfulness in accessible formats. Courses are interactive, engaging, practical and suitable for beginners as well as complementary to other mindfulness training.

Postnatal Yoga is a great way to build strength and flexibility to help carry a growing baby and alleviate common aches and pains after pregnancy also allowing for quicker postnatal recovery.
Alexandra postnatal yoga and Pilate exercises are targeted to teach you to use your muscles efficiently after labor, taking in consideration pelvic floor and Diastasis Recti.
Alexandra also focuses on effective breathing and relaxation techniques so you are better recover to care for your baby.
Private classes give you a calm, quiet, relaxing and rejuvenating space to turn your attention inward and connect with your body.
I understand that you have a busy schedule and so offer my class at convenient times so you can practice after work, during the day or on weekends.

This workshop will help you foster a connection with your labouring partner to deepen their awareness of your unique needs in labor.
We will be using prenatal partner yoga asana, massage and mindful communication to promote a conscious birth experience.
You will also learn the stages of labour & delivery and important facts about laboring at home and birthing at the hospital.
You will learn how to create the optimal connection with the baby after the birth and useful tips about postpartum phase.
This course aim to reduce stress and anxiety because they have a detrimental effect on both mother and baby.
You will learn mindfulness method of meditation as well as how to guide the mother internal dialogue with words of encouragement and supportive language that can help her to stay focused on positive thoughts and have a calmer childbirth experience.
You will learn soothing visualization designed to help ease the anxious vibes before giving birth.
Alexandra Mindful birth and yoga course offers valuable tools to get through the transformational process of birth and prepares you for parenting. Most importantly, it offers mindfulness techniques to use in your daily life, starting from the first class.
Included in the course are a variety of practices such as:
Mind-body pain coping practices
Positions for labor
The physiology of childbirth
Understanding labor and birth from a mind-body perspective
Coping with the postpartum adjustment period from a physical and emotional perspective
Setting up support systems for the postpartum time
